Rosario Dawson and Lindsay Lohan are going to star in horror flick Grindhouse. In an interview with MTV, Rosario said, “I play a makeup and hair artist for Lindsay Lohan.” But Lindsay isn’t seen in the movie! Actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who appears alongside Rosario, explains that although the characters talk about Lindsay, she doesn’t actually make an appearance in the movie.
So, not only are people talking about Lindsay in real life, but on the big screen as well. It seems art is imitating life!

Recently Lindsay decided to embrace the sober life. The New York Post had reported that she had not only ditched her boozing ways but party pal Paris Hilton as well.
This week, a source close to Lindsay told Page Six that Lindsay might soon be returning to New York to leave behind the toxic L.A. scene.
Despite these reports, however, Lindsay was seen out-and-about with Paris in L.A. It seems they’re friends one minute and enemies the next!
Will Lindsay move to the Big Apple and sever ties with Paris for good? Will we see more drama erupt between Paris and Lindsay? Watch this space!

It’s that time of year when everyone is thinking of the highlights and lowlights of 2006. But the Chicago Tribune gave Lindsay quite a slamming as they compiled their lists.
Lindsay featured in the ‘Word of the year’ category for the word ‘firecrotch.’ If you recall, it was rich kid Brandon Davis who used this word to criticize Lindsay and it kinda stuck, especially after Lindsay jumped on the ‘No Panties’ bandwagon.
Lindsay also “won” in the ‘Best Argument Against Child Stars’ category. The publication writes, ‘Few better illustrate the ‘curse of the child star’ syndrome better than this former Disney sweetheart, who has become better known for her drunken partying, grammatically incorrect email missives and her firecrotch than her considerable acting skills.’

Julia Ormond has been picked to play Lindsay’s mom in the upcoming movie, I Know Who Killed Me. Hmm, there is a bit of a physical resemblance, actually!

In the movie, Lindsay plays a businesswoman who is kidnapped. When she is found alive, she claims that she is somebody else.

Lindsay’s got some new bruises, but this time the marks on her body are not from alleged self-mutilating. They’re from dancing around a stripper pole!
The star is preparing for her role as a stripper for an upcoming film called I Know Who Killed Me and has been notching up many bruises from stripper lessons.
But the plot thickens - her bruises were revealed thanks to yet another crazy email Lindsay wrote which found its way to Page Six.
The email contained Lindsay’s complaints about her bruises. She writes, “So . . . 3 hours of pole dancing and bruised. Everywhere . . . I mean we’re talkin’ like, UPPER AND INNER THIGH ACTION-bruised . . . like a walking black-and-blue mark.�?
And then she becomes more graphic, saying, “I mean really though, really, I didn’t know it was actually possible to have bruises in such areas of the body. Strippers dude, I tell you, I really respect the [c-word]s now. . . I’m not gonna lie to ya.”
Lindsay’s representative, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, told Page Six, “Her character is a stripper, and she now realizes that the job isn’t easy. We should give these women credit.�?

This is according to an article that featured at Mirror.co.uk. Ahead of her in the number three spot was 50Cent, while Paris Hilton came in at number two. The late crocodile hunter Steve Irwin finished in first place as the most searched celebrity of 2006.

Recently Lindsay confessed to loving junk food, but it seems she’s a tad confused about what carbs actually are.

After Lindsay told OK! magazine that she loves eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, sushi and McDonald’s, she added, “But I don’t do any carbs or sugar.”
Lindsay has also claimed that she follows the Hollywood golden rule of dieting, which states that carbohydrates are a no-no.
Is she confused about where she stands on the carb issue or just confused about her food groups?

At a recent Los Angeles event, Lindsay Lohan must have been pleased to draw everyone’s eyes to her - this time in a good way!
The event was a children’s charity gala, but besides for getting involved in the good cause, Lindsay was also praised for hitting the right fashion notes, along with Mischa Barton and Mary-Kate Olsen.
Lindsay, who loves fashion so much that she has called herself a ‘fashion whore’, got appreciative stares in a gorgeous design by Dolce and Gabbana, who were also hosts of the party.

Although Lindsay has been hitting the club scene during filming of her upcoming stripper movie (clubbing seems to go hand-in-hand with ‘making the movie’, doesn’t it?), she has stayed far away from the booze. A source told the New York Post that once the shoot is over, Lindsay is going to focus on staying sober and concentrate on building a better life. She is also considering heading back to New York and leaving behind the “toxic L.A. scene with all those toxic people.”
Sounds like a good plan.

Lindsay Lohan is a recovering alcoholic and Nicole Richie recently confessed to using drugs…So it’s no surprise, then, that someone has got something to say (not always nice things) about all of these reports. This time, the insults come courtesy of former Partridge Family star, Danny Bonaduce. He not only insulted the girls for their out-of-control, wild ways, but claimed he is frankly fed up with all of their substance abuse stories. Bonaduce, who has previously struggled with a cocaine addiction, reckons the young stars are promoting the disease more than anything else. “I don’t think Nicole Richie and Lindsay Lohan have a disease; I think they have a goal to have a disease,�? he blatantly said, according to Contactmusic.com.

Courtney Love has expressed concern for Lindsay Lohan’s battle with booze. When the rocker was recently interviewed by Us Weekly, she was asked what her relationship with Lindsay is. “I was her mentor but that was years ago,�? Courtney replied. She then added, “I am very worried about her…My heart goes out to her. This shouldn’t be happening.�?

Say bye-bye to Lindsay’s skinny days – the Freaky Friday star says she’s over her ‘body worry’ days. She told Britain’s OK! Magazine that it’s okay to not like your body, but as you get older you grow into it and accept it. “Everyone goes through that phase where you’re not comfortable in your own skin. Then you learn you have to be confident with yourself and that shows through the most. You want to be sexy,�? she says.
Lindsay also confessed that she’s got a soft spot for delicious food. “I eat all types of things. I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.�?

Now, after what seemed to be a rocky start to a sober life, Lindsay claims she has not had a drink in seven days and feels better when she’s not drinking. She is set on changing the ‘party girl’ perception the media has of her, which was fueled by reports that she was arriving late to movie sets and alienating her co-workers because of her partying and drinking. Lindsay wants to be taken seriously. “I was like, ‘I don’t want to be written about at these clubs with these people,’�? she told People magazine. And just in case you thought Lindsay was only about the clubs and parties, she wants to be clear that she’s got her priorities straight. “I work, I act, I have a living. That’s what I do every day. I work every single day,�? she says.

Lindsay and her mom, Dina Lohan, were spotted last weekend leaving an aerobics studio in Los Angeles. Not just any old aerobics studio, though – the class involves strip tease and pole dance lessons.
The two Lohans have often been snapped together, attending parties or going to clubs, and it seems Dina could be giving her daughter a run for her money when it comes to partying hard!
Dina was recently seen with a younger man leaving Hyde, a Hollywood hotspot. The two tried to run and hide from the paparazzi but were unsuccessful.
In the past, Lindsay has been worried about her mother’s wild partying. Although she herself was spotted partying hard every night last week, she has been replacing alcohol with water in an attempt to cut down on her heavy drinking. To help her stick to her guns about being sober, Lindsay has been hanging out with non-celebrity friends instead of friend and fellow party animal, Paris Hilton.
