After being spotted sneaking out the back door of the Neil George Salon the other day (which makes it at least three trips in two weeks), reports have been surfacing that Lindsay and friend Samantha Ronson are all but living together.

“Sam still has her own place,” a source told the New York Post, “but she spends every night at Lindsay’s”.

The reason behind these sleepovers might not be as hot and heavy as people like to assume. Turns out Samantha’s a big factor in helping Lindsay stay away from drugs and alcohol, and has gone to the extreme of staying over to ensure her friend doesn’t make late night drug-calls or alcohol runs.

Whether the pair are dating or not will be a source of endless speculation, but regardless of what they do between the sheets, it seems Samantha is a much better influence on Lindsay than others have said she is. And with her now heading on trips with Lindsay, there’s even more chances for photo ops and sober days (and nights) in the future!

Since heading back to LA to film Dare To Love Me, Lindsay’s kept herself busy and surprisingly sober. From watching movies to eating pizza, Lindsay’s acting more and more like a regular 20-something, which is super refreshing.

Amidst all of that romping around and endless dance lessons, the reality of Lindsay’s constant struggle with addiction is not forgotten. She was seen leaving the Thalians Mental Health Center at Cedars Sinai Sunday night, most likely participating in out-patient treatment. The fact that she’s voluntarily participating in treatment at a hospital facility is further proof this lady’s ready to turn her life around. Good for her! Now if she’d only give up the tanner addiction, she’d be in perfect shape!

Lindsay was spotted running around Utah again Friday, this time sans Riley but still shopping at all sorts of typical suburban hangouts. Target, Nordstroms, and Best Buy were again on the list.

Looking like she’s getting ready for the colder weather Utah has to offer (hoodie and socks pulled up to the knees are wardrobe choices we Midwesterners love, although usually with jeans, not leggings), Lindsay is reportedly looking for a house to buy so after she’s done with her newest movie role she can return to Utah and continue her outpatient treatment.

I hope she realizes a few things. First, she won’t find a house with NEAR as many bathrooms as most of the houses in Hell-A. Second, all this media frenzy will eventually die down if she stays in Utah and the only thing she does is go shopping at Best Buy. Can she survive without it, or will she become like Britney, driving around just so the paps will snap pics of her?

I’m hoping for less Britney, more normalcy in this pop tartlet’s life.

I mean, they head out on a date. Whatever. It’s all the same, whether she’s in Hollywood or Utah, apparently.

The cute new couple drove into Salt Lake City for dinner at “Cucina Toscana”, but not before stopping for gas (which Riley graciously pumped for Linds), and running in to get a water and Sprite.

Apparently, the pair were also shadowed all night by some blonde chick. As there are no pics, it’s hard to tell if it was daddy’s new girlfriend or someone from Cirque Lodge there to make sure Lindsay didn’t drink or drug it up.

I want to hope for the best for Lindsay, I really do. But when I see her acting so similar to how she was before rehab, I start to get skeptical.

Lindsay’s done with Hollywood (or so the interview-happy rehab graduate is saying). Suer, she’ll head to Tinsel Town to film her movies, but other than those rare occasions, she’s decided to stay in Utah, close to the Cirque Lodge and away from temptation.

Lindsay said: “I’m staying in Utah until it’s time to shoot ‘Dare to Love Me’, and then I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions. From now on I plan to surround myself with good people who have their hearts and their minds in the right places. While I’ve been in Utah I have only spoken to my family.”

I’m sure the people of Utah are jumping for joy at the thought of a known partier like Lindsay setting up residence in their quiet state. How long before she starts throwing parties at the hotel she’s staying at, buys a house DIRECTLY on a ski resort so her new boyfriend has constant access (snort) and stumbles drunkenly through the next Sundance film festival?

So much for following the rehab rules, laying low, and sticking with the 12-step program! A freshly out of rehab Lindsay is talking to all the tabloids while holed up at the Sundance Lodge in Utah waiting for filming on her new movie to start.

First there was the interview being published by Ok! Magazine later this week (although LiLo’s camp claims it’s an old interview) and then we find out she sat down with In Touch Sunday night as well!

One of the many surprises (snort!) to come out of the In Touch interview is the revelation that she’s dating already! Isn’t one of the recommendations of any rehab program to stay date-free for up to twelve months while adjusting to sober life?!?! I guess that’s a rule she doesn’t feel like abiding by (among many others in her life) because she’s dating 25-year-old snowboarder Riley Giles (he’s from Cali, so I’m betting she won’t be in Utah for long with her man in the sunshine state).

I’d like to be happy for Linds, but the fact that she’s jumping into a new relationship on the tails of a rumored rehab romance and only two months of sobriety (and all of it supervised no less) makes me think we haven’t seen the last of Lindsay’s crazy party nights.

Now that she’s a rehab graduate, Lindsay’s thinking towards the future. There’s already rumors of her writing a book about addiction and her struggle to stay sober, but the newest rumor is that she’ll head to college!

Gone Hollywood is reporting she’s looking at heading to New York University to study psychology, but some sources are saying this move as more to do with her inability to get movie roles than her desire to be a model student.

“It will most likely take years of perfect behaviour before Lindsay will work again.

“It will literally cost a network millions to insure her for a movie and as talented as she is, it is highly unlikely that studios will be quick to get her back on the set.”

I’m not sure if I believe she’s actually heading to college either way, because if she’s smart she’ll just focus on staying in one place, staying sober, and staying healthy. But knowing La Lohan, she’ll be back in LA before we know it, heading out to the clubs while working on a new album and filming a new movie!

Out of rehab for four whole days and Lindsay’s already starting to make people nervous. In an upcoming issue of Ok! Magazine, she will be featured in an exclusive interview she gave the mag. Some sources are saying the interview is several months old and being used now without her permission, but either way she’s not wasting any time getting back in with the gossip rags.

(side note … If she gave the interview to the mag, when and how they use it is really their deal, no? It doesn’t seem to me like she’s got a right to be mad.)

I digress. Here’s a few of the things Ms. Lohan had to say:

Okay, so I know this rumor is a few weeks old now, but I just had to bring it back up. Before she was out of rehab rumors started swirling that Lindsay was going to write a book about her time in rehab and her struggles with addiction.

Once source said, “She found solace in reading memoirs of others who suffered to overcome their addictions, and she wants to similarly put her experiences out there.”

I’m not sure if I believe this, mostly because celeb books of this nature usually have some sort of ghost writer attached to them. So even if we do see a book “by” Lindsay in the future, it probably won’t be written by her alone.

Besides, I think a book of this nature would be MUCH more believable if she waited a few years, stayed sober and got her life back on track, and then was able to speak of her time as a past thing. Writing about it while it’s still happening might make people think she’s simply trying to capitalize on her struggle.

The Insider is reporting Lindsay will be remaining in Utah for the remainder of this week, getting used to outpatient care schedules before heading back to LA to begin filming “Dare To Love Me”. That’s the movie producers put on hold to wait for LiLo, rather than hire another actor.

To prepare for the role, Lindsay hired a trainer to meet with her on weekends at the Cirque Lodge, giving her extensive tango lessons so she’d be more prepared to look like a professional dancer by the time she was ready to begin filming. Unofficially, the movie cameras are set to roll on October 15, so Linds doesn’t have a whole lot of time to get into trouble. She’ll also reportedly have a psychologist with her the entire time, and once filming is done head back to rehab for more outpatient treatment. Sounds like she’s on the right path!

Lindsay’s publicist, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, has fought back at the mother of a young fan after the woman brazenly declared that she saw Lindsay driving drunk after a Hollywood party. But it was much more than that.
According to contactmusic.com, the woman, Ellen Morrissey, says she had a nasty encounter with Lindsay. She claims that the actress stank of alcohol as she sped off in her car, almost hitting Ellen and her daughter, Erin (aged 13) after they asked Lindsay if she would pose for a picture. After the incident, Morrissey fled to the National Enquirer, providing them with juicy details. She says that she spotted Lindsay outside celebrity hang-out Hotel Roosevelt at 2:30am on the 18th of February when the actress was taking a break from rehab. Apparently, she ran up to Lindsay and begged her to pose with her daughter for a picture. “Lindsay was holding a glass of clear liquid with a wedge of lemon in it, and she seemed to slur when she spoke,” Morrissey recalled. “She also appeared to stagger to her car.” Morrissey says that Lindsay initially agreed to strike a pose for the girl, but then she sped off in her Mercedes, forcing the Morrisseys to get out of the way.
But Leslie Sloane Zelnick has fired back at the woman’s accusations by stating, “Ellen Morrissey should be more concerned about her daughter being up at 2:30am than about Lindsay.”

Lindsay’s fresh out of rehab and already she’s been a must-see at all the glam parties, as well as a regular on the L.A. nightlife scene. But her lifestyle recently caught up with her when she found herself slam-bam in the middle of Oscar parties. Just how does one deal with having to attend all the parties and be surrounded by alcohol, not to mention boozed-up people? Although Lindsay could’ve waved the white flag on her partying and decided not to attend, she just couldn’t resist. Hey, she’s not a Hollywood party girl for nothing. But Lindsay’s experience wasn’t all glitz, glam and good times. At Patrick Whitesell’s party, poor Lindsay spent her time feeling stressed out and worried. According to the Daily Mirror, Lindsay was overheard telling friends that she was shaking uncontrollably. “Oh my God, I’ve got the shakes, it won’t stop!” were her exact words. Perhaps Lindsay needs to slow down on the partying a bit, at least for a while. The last thing she needs is to get so wrapped up in the party scene for a second time that she starts looking at the world through beer bottles again. Or worse, she shaves her head, chases paparazzi with an umbrella and becomes a Britney clone.

Lindsay Lohan has just stepped out of rehab and already the rumors are swirling: Will she stick to her sobriety? Or will she jump back in the drinking saddle that landed her in rehab in the first place?
Well, Lindsay wasted no time in getting back to her old partying ways. Once she checked out of rehab, she hit the party scene hard! She was seen at Hollywood hotspot Teddy’s on Thursday night and at L.A. club Les Deux on Friday night. Can’t say we blame her for wanting to get out and about - I mean she was holed up in rehab for thirty days (aside from regular trips out of the facility, of course).
And who was the star hob-nobbing with, you ask? Lindsay was seen partying with none other than party pal Paris Hilton (surprise, surprise) and she was also spotted chatting to Justin ‘Sexy Back’ Timberlake in the parking lot of an L.A. club.
Let’s hope she didn’t spend most of the night staring into a glass or sipping ‘water’ from her water bottle.
Many people are sceptical about Lindsay’s outpatient program at the Wonderland facility. Reports claim that the facility is a very chilled place when it comes to rules and patients’ comings and goings than other rehab centers. A source bluntly tells TMZ, “Wonderland has become a joke.”

It seems like it was just yesterday that Lindsay Lohan collapsed and later checked herself into rehab, realizing that she had an alcohol problem that she had to take care of.
But now, a much healthier Lindsay has checked out of rehab ’cause her time there is up. She is, however, going to continue her treatment as an outpatient. Her representative, Leslie Sloane Zelnick, gave E! Online a statement about Lindsay leaving rehab. She said, “[Lindsay] is taking it one day at a time, as she is in it for the long time. She asks that [we] respect her privacy.”
Leslie also added that the twenty-year-old celebrity has been spending most of her days on the set of her latest film, the thriller I Know Who Killed Me, and she’s been heading back to the treatment facility at night. Now will be the real test to see if Lindsay sticks to her bid of looking after herself.
Perhaps what will help her stay clean is the patching up of her relationship with her father, Michael Lohan. He wrote the star a moving letter during her stay in rehab, saying that he’s proud of the progress she’s made, and it touched Lindsay so much that she’s keen to nurture their father-daughter relationship. It might just provide Lindsay with the right kind of motivation.
