It looks as though our little starlet hasn’t let go of her partying ways! The “Shutters On The Beach” hotel has banned her from it’s Santa Monica location after she left a hotel room trashed following a three-day stay there with Riley. They left the room in complete disarray, with towels and cigarette butts everywhere, and there was even some “hazardous waste” left laying around!

Wait, hazardous waste? There was apparently a bloody syringe left on the bedside table, which hotel secruity took pictures of before calling someone else to remove it. You can’t just pick that up and throw it in the trash people, it’s a biohazard!!!

Now, before we jump to conclusions, maybe Riley’s a diabetic?

Now that there’s all this drama between Lindsay and her boyfriend Riley, people might lose sight of the fact that she’s not only still trying to stay sober, she’s also got that pesky law suit filed by a restaurant employee who claims she hit his car while intoxicated two years ago.

Not one to lose sight of such things (good job picking the right people to work for you!), Lindsay’s filed a counter-suit claiming it was actually Raymundo Ortega’s fault (he’s the one suing her) and others in his car. She’s asking for $75k, and is siting the police report as evidence. The police report states Linds claimed she hadn’t been drinking and showed no signs of intoxication. Must’ve been her one day off that month!

Brandon Davis might have been right after all. I hate that I just had to type that, but the more the rumors circle, the more they sound real. Lindsay might just be broke, and Brandon called it. So sad!

Not one to let rumors of boyfriend troubles get her down, Lindsay hit the salon to get what I can only assume was a touch-up (as her hair doesn’t look much different). But as she’s also not one to leave drama at the door, she chose to go to the Ken Paves salon.

Drama, drama, drama. Remember how Ken is Jessica Simpson’s main hair guy, as well as she his main fag hag? And remember how Jessica and Lindsay hate each other? Yeah.

No word yet on Jessica’s reaction to the news that her main man was cheating on her with one of her biggest frenemies of all time.

Now that we all know Riley’s not the best dude on the planet, he’s taken his frustration out on his ex. In a MySpace fight to rival Shanna and Travis Barkers MySpace bouts, the pair duked it out via e-mail (I wonder how they got leaked!?!?), him calling her a bitch and her saying she’s way over him.

Really? You’re so done with him that you were “devastated” that he broke your heart, and that you thought you were engaged to him until just over a week ago??

Right.

The pair also fought over who tipped of the paparazzi to her whereabouts. I’m with Riley on this one, thinking she probably contacted them. Why not push for your 15 minutes if given the opportunity?

I love a good catfight, and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint! And I’m betting it’s nowhere near over.

It’s no news that Lindsay and Calum’s relationship has been flaky for a while now, and it all started because of rumors that he was cheating on Lindsay. But now Lindsay has shown that she’s not sitting around, waiting for Calum to be faithful to her anymore. While he’s been away in London and she’s been in Los Angeles, she decided to find some loving elsewhere. And wasted no time in getting her picture taken with another guy, who she was seen snogging the life out of at Hollywood hotspot Winston’s. According to a source who spilled the beans to Star magazine, Lindsay and the unidentified guy were getting very acquainted with each other. “They sat in the back corner of the bar, Lindsay was drinking water, and looking very happy,” the source says. “At one point Lindsay and the guy were necking with each other! She would come up for air once in a while with a huge smile, but then dove back in for more.” Before leaving, Lindsay invited the guy to her place but all he did was act shy and smile at her, without saying yes or no… Hmm, wonder if he took her up on her offer.

Lindsay can’t demand, “Don’t you know who I am?!” when people don’t take her picture or ask for an autograph because she might just risk discovering that some people really don’t know who she is. It sounds crazy, but there are people out there who have been living under rocks. Even famous people. DJ star Armand van Helden is one of them.

Armand has been linked to the likes of ’sexy back’ Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, so you’d think he not only knows many celebrities, but also gets to rub shoulders with them now and again. But not Lindsay’s shoulder. When he recently received a text message inviting him to go watch Lindsay spin tracks, he was stumped. Not because he’s not used to receiving invites to celebrity gigs, you see, but because he seems to have had a bit of an amnesia spell. “I didn’t even know who this Lindsay girl was so I didn’t bother,” Armand says, according to a report by UK’s The Sun. “I told some friends about the text and they thought I was crazy. They kept telling me that she was a famous actress but I’d never heard of any of her movies.”
Ouch.

But in his defence, Armand says he’s quite anti the whole Hollywood scene. He says, “When I go to clubs I get offered the VIP area but I don’t use it - I like hanging around the girl’s toilets so I can check out the talent.”
“It’s a shame normal people off the streets can’t get a chance,” he adds.

Rumors are swirling that Lindsay Lohan was photographed snorting cocaine during a recent wild night out on the town with mates. According to News of the World, Lindsay and two friends went into a toilet at Teddy’s nightclub in Hollywood where Lindsay took a small bag of cocaine out of her pocket, dipped her finger in it and put some up her friend’s nose before doing the same to herself. Lindsay then exclaimed, “I’m going to New York tomorrow to f** Jude Law!”

Sadly for Lindsay, this was all caught on tape. The video was given to the publication by one of Lindsay’s friends. Her reason? She’s worried about Lindsay who she reckons is spiraling out of control all over again. This is what the friend blabbed, according to a report on The Australian:
“That’s why I’m showing this video,” she said. “So the world can know what Lindsay has been doing and she can’t lie about it to herself or anyone else.”
“When [Lindsay] is on coke, which is most of the time, all the attention has to be on her.
“I have lost count of the number of times I have watched as she stripped naked in front of everyone.
“Then she loves to check herself out in the mirror as she parades around with her boobs hanging out.
“One night we had gone back to her place and, as always, as soon as she walked through the door she stripped down to her thong, bent down and snorted cocaine off her coffee table and then off her toilet seat.”
The friend also claimed that she’s seen Lindsay do more than 20 lines of coke in one night.

But Lindsay is adamant that the video is fake and she’s been telling all her friends that.
Hmm, wonder who they’ll believe.

There have rumors that Lindsay Lohan is going to play the role of Stevie Nicks in an upcoming movie about the singer’s rock star lifestyle. Here’s a bit of trivia for you: Stevie Nicks is an American singer and songwriter who is best known for her work with Fleetwood Mac and her solo career, which earned her over twenty Top Forty hits.

But Stevie has blatantly denied the rumors that Lindsay will portray her and really doesn’t sound too impressed with them. According to reports, this is what she had to say: “Lindsay Lohan thinks she is going to play me? But what the hell movie does she think she’s talking about? There is no book, there is no screenplay, there is no movie without me, because it’s never going to be the story of me. Even though a lot has been written about me, the fact is nobody actually has a clue to what my life was really like. So, good luck Lindsay!” Yikes! Someone fell out of bed that morning.

Anyway, it seems to be quite sad news for Lindsay because sources say that she is desperate to play the role of the singer. From just Stevie’s comments here, I think that Lindsay might be a good choice after all – she would definitely match Stevie’s attitude and blatant honesty!

Lindsay has been referred to as a “knock-out” by the press after being accused of knocking down a photographer with her car (let’s hope she won’t be called a “bombshell” any time soon, then).

As was suspected, the incident is turning into a battle of he-said, she-said stories. Lindsay’s side of the story, and what she told the police, is that she was driving friends in her mom’s 2004 BMW when they pulled into Manhattan’s Hotel Gansevoort at 3am to dodge paparazzi who were on her tail, closing in on her. One photographer, identified as Giovanni Arnold, even resorted to jumping on the hood of her car! But according to Fox News, Giovanni’s employer, INF Photo, has a very different idea of what really happened. INF claims that Arnold was innocently standing in front of Lindsay’s BMW when she suddenly put it into reverse and then drove off, knocking him down. “She got out of the car to look at Giovanni on the ground as she’s talking to a cop and then she’s allowed to leave,” said Dawn Leikness, INF sales director. “The other photographers there threw a fit that she was allowed to leave. The cops then asked her friends to call her to come back, and she came back.”

Although Giovanni’s version of events seems a bit grim, so far it’s not such damaging news for Lindsay because sources have told the Post that police believe what she had to say, despite investigating the incident some more.

How strange it is that just hours after Lindsay’s dad was released from prison, Lindsay experiences her own brush with the police? Well, that’s exactly what happened - and it could’ve been ugly because reports are saying that yesterday Lindsay hit a photographer with her car! According to Access Hollywood, in the early hours on Tuesday morning, after Lindsay partied at Club Butter in New York City, she got into her car and drove away. She was, however, being tailed by photographers, so she put foot and resorted to skipping red lights and driving recklessly to keep her car ahead of theirs. Another report, this time by the Post Chronicle, mentions that Lindsay ended up driving towards a photographer. Suddenly, the guy fell down and claimed that the Herbie star had run him over! But Lindsay stuck to her guns and retorted that she had not hit him and he was just ‘faking it.’ Yep, he might just be trying to get some moolah and negative publicity for the star out of this situation. Police allowed Lindsay to leave the scene but they did question her later. As for the so-called injured photographer, he was sent to the hospital and treated for a bruised knee before being released.

Robert Altman and Lindsay Lohan

Once again, Lindsay Lohan has managed to get people talking with her questionable antics. Last week she shocked everyone when she failed to attend the memorial of director Robert Altman, the seven time Academy Award nominee and winner of the Lifetime Achievement Oscar Award last year. Lindsay has previously said that Robert was like a father figure to her so it was surprising that she didn’t make an appearance. What makes her no-show worse is that a report by Starpulse confirms that the actress chose to go partying in Los Angeles with Steve-O, the star of Jackass, instead of paying her respects to the man who she was extremely close to.

Robert directed Lindsay in the movie, A Prairie Home Companion. After the news of his death (he died from complications relating to cancer and had been battling with the disease for a year and a half), Lindsay was devastated and shocked. According to a report by E! Online, at the time she expressed her emotions by saying, “I feel as if I’ve just had the wind knocked out of me and my heart aches. I learned so much from Altman and he was the closest thing to my father and grandfather that I really do believe I’ve had in several years.”
