Part of what I love about Lindsay is the fact that she’s not afraid to take shots at herself, to poke a little fun, and to wag her finger at the gossip blogs out there (…hey wait! that’s me!) too. Now for the most part, Funny or Die videos are like, not really funny to me? But this one gave me an early morning giggle. Check it out…

Lindsay was out last night, late, as usual - she was dropped of by her mom and Ali, then picked up later. Meanwhile, the Paparazzi tried to chase down Ronson in the streets to get a statement. She ran. Can’t say as I blame either of them, really! Wonder what Samantha’s eHarmony spot would say… Get on that, Funny or Die peeps! Inquiring minds and mean girls everywhere wanna know! Heh.

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for our girl -sorry that I haven’t been around to catch it all! I’m here now, though, so let’s see if we can’t catch up on the happenings with Lindsay!

The recent article Nylon, as well some chats with ET had Lindsay mentioning that she was worried about not having work, and how she might focus on modeling for a while, as well as some projects she hopefully had in the works. Meanwhile, she continues to go to her rehab meetings, and not violating her parole. Unfortunately, it’s being said that’s she’s living on credit, and having problems meeting her bills. Meanwhile she shows up in a brand new Maserati - that her assistant promptly got into a fender bender. Oy! Turns out that the car isn’t hers though, but on loan from a local Porn King Dennis De Santis, according to TMZ. Now that’s good role model, there, hm?

So here’s the deal on the warrant - it was not due to a failed alcohol test of anything like that. The alcohol education program that Lindsay was involved in told the courts that Lindsay had missed 3 days of classes in a 21-day period. However, upon further investigation, two of he absenses were excused - and the excuse for the third was that the paparazzi made it impossible for her to get there.

Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay’s attorney, was at the courthouse bright and early this morning to explain exactly that to the judge. Lindsay was not required to be in attendance, and thus did not appear. The hearing itself lasted only minutes, as Holley showed proof of compliance and the judge recalled the Warrant and everything is fine.

Citing “personality conflicts” with the old education program, Lindsay was additionally given until April 3rd to prove her enrollment in a new program. Her lawyer explained that this is what birthed the miscommunication, when she had left one program for another, adding “she’s been doing everything right.” The judge confirmed that, making it clear that “there are no dirty tests” against our girl.

It was a complete zoo all weekend outside Samantha’s house, causing the neighbors to complain, and making it near impossible for friends to stop by to visit the couple. They were blinded by flashes, and hounded for information by the paparazzi, while the police could be heard in the background ordering them off the street and to let the women pass.

Hopefully, after this morning’s court hearing, it settles down for a couple days, hm?

Naturally, Papa Lohan blames the entire situation - which he only knows about via the press - on Samantha Ronson. He stated that he’s “Always worried about Lindsay as long as she’s involved in relationships that are harmful to her.” Of course, that doesn’t include his buddy, Joe Francis. Because Joe is such a high standing individual, what with his own legal problems and enticing underaged girls to flash him and all…

He continued to blame Lindsays “toxic relationship”, alling it “Powder keg” that you never know when it’s going to blow up. He stated all of this without knowing why the arrest warrant as issued, and manged to say the two hardest words he knows when asked if he thought Lindsay was doing drugs again - “No comment.”

He told US News that he feels when your around the right people, you do the right thing, and that the opposite is also true, continuing that “she’ll deal with the warrant like she as to. She’s not going to ignore it.” Then got in one more slam to finish it out with “mark my words, a long as Samantha Ronson is in Lindsay’s life, nothing is going to go right!”

Because, you know, Lindsay’s not an adult or anything, right? Right.

TMZ further reports that they’ve discovered the ‘why’ behind the arrest warrant - the head honchos from the alcohol education program she was enrolled in notified the court on Friday that she hadn’t complied with the terms of her probation - it didn’t involve an alcohol test, but her only her enrollment. The report continued to say that she has new lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holly, who will fight the warrant, saying Lindsay has not violated any term of her probation.

The new Lawyer just released a statement:
“Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week.”

And Perez is reporting that there are dozens of paparazzi and “at least six police cars” outside Samantha Ronson’s place right now, where Lindsay is reportedly “holed up inside”…

ETA: Between 3:40pm and 4:20pm PST, TMZ reported from outside Lindsay’s house, saying that the police have stated that they were called for a disturbance, and that they tried to serve the warrant while there. Lindsay and Sam refused to open the door. Allegedly Sam and Lindsay had another nuclear fight, and a window was broken. At 4:22, all units left the premises, and Lindsay’s car remains there in the driveway.

Among the rumors that are always circulating about her love life, trips to the salon and shopping with Sam and Kanye, it seems the trouble will never end! IN fact, multiple reports this morning have come through that a warrant for Lindsay’s arrest has been issued - a $50,000 warrant!

According to Perez, ET, TMZ and People, the everly Hills Police department has confirmed the warrant, stating: “In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

Lindsay was arrested twice in 2007 for a DUI and has been serving three years probation. It’s likely that this warrant could be due to a probation violation of some sort - missing alcohol education classes, or failing a drug test, or something of that nature.

The only statement from Lindsay denies the report - exclusively to Perez Hilton. “This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and its a horrendous lie. This will make me loose every single deal that I have right now. Its horrible.”

On November 15th, Lindsay spent a grand total of one hour and seventeen minutes in jail for her ’sentence’ after a plea bargain concerning both her DUI arrests. The full sentence was 96 hours in jail, though she was only to serve 24, be credited 24 for time served, pus 10 days of community service, fines education programs and 3 years probation. Should she violate the terms of the plea bargain within 18 months, she’d face significant jail time. This sentence was given on August 23, 2007 - which means it was longer than 18 months ago…

…So why the warrant now? Time will tell - soon as the details are released and I know, you’ll know!

TMZ is at it again - it seems they’ve “discovered” that Lindsay violated her probation restrictions, and that it has to do with her move out of Samantha’s house. This of course, confirms their previous story that the twosome has indeed moved into separate living situations. Then again, it’s all TMZ, thus can we really consider anything set in stone?

Apparently the violation involves her DUI case, and Lindsay went to the courts yesterday to give a progress report. The violation came in (alegedly) due to her being late for filing a change of address from Samantha’s house, to her current address for her alcohol education course. The deadline was January 2nd, and she didn’t file until the 10th. It seems there was no problem though, as her lawyer, Blair Berk got everything squared away with the judge and there was no further problem reported.

Meanwhile, Lindsay’s shopping trip with lil sister Ali, has sparked the discussions about Lindsay’s weight once again. Not too heavy, of course, but many people are worried that she is looking too thin, dropping too much weight. They’ve gone so far as to peek at what she bought yesterday, and ask how she’s keeping so trim if she’s eating all those vanilla sandwich treats, Cuties…

Maybe it’s running from all the Paparazzi? It’s a thought, anyway!

The girls are headed to the East Coast in a few days, where Sam is due to DJ at a party celebrating Obama’s Inauguration. Some are worried that the twosome will have yet another public spat, and take some of the shine off the reason for the party, the momentous political changeover. A source told the Mirror UK that “Lindsay will be on her best behavior. They’re huge supporters of Obama so they wouldn’t want to ruin the evening.”

Off again, on again, never been off? Keeping track of what folks say of the two-some is a full time job! Some are still reporting that Lindsay has moved out of Samantha’s house, staying with her assistant. For a few days there, Samantha and Lindsay were seen more apart then they were together, and oh how the tabloids had their tongues a-waggin. Meanwhile, Lindsay disputed the rumors, claiming the tabloids and paparazzi like to play head games. “everyone plays games, but it gets to the point sometimes when you just want to know why.”

Then they were back together again as usual, while Lindsay’s Fornarina ad campaign debuted - and she looks FABULOUS. Yesterday, they were together again as Lindsay was seen on set, with a blond wig and short shorts. Samantha and Ali Lohan tooled around the set on a golf cart, very much there for the actress as she worked.

Where just a couple of weeks ago, Lindsay seemed to be looking a little stressed, the past couple of days she’s flashed a smile or two to the Paparazzi, before getting frustrated with the horde that always descends on them, making it difficult to even walk to the car.

Lindsay denied rumors again of the breakup, telling the press that it wasn’t true. “People don’t have to be together every second. It’s healthy to miss someone, and if you’re in it for the long run, it’s good to know that.”

There’s a lot of truth in that, and you all know that we here at LLW are pulling for the girls to make it!

Lindsay has finally popped back up on the Hollywood scene, after an overseas trip with Samantha that was broiled in conflict, DJ Gigs and hotel openings. In front of the cameras, Lindsay and Sam continued to smile and work the red carpet at the opening of Atlantis Dubai Hotel - where Sam was to DJ the after party.

While jetting around, it was reported that Lindsay and Samantha have been having a rough time of it, arguing and sniping at each other over ex boyfriends and other relationship breaking stuff. According to insiders they were “fighting like cats and dogs” every day, with screaming and crying and that dash of Lohan drama that we love so well. They are quite a bit apart in age, and most insiders cite that as the cause of their drama.

Lindsay’s spent the past few days pretty much laying low - but that doesn’t mean you can’t own her likeness for your little girl for Christmas. No, I’m not kidding. Lindsay is a doll, er, HAS a doll - and right now it’s on clearance. Marked down 80%. Ouch. If you want one, though - hit up KB Toys online where it’s only $4.99.

Anyway, Lindsay was out and about today without Samantha, as she headed to an appointment with her psyciatrist, then hit up the Balenciaga for a little bit of retail therapy to finish out her afternoon. I wonder where Samantha was for the day? I have a feeling we’ll see them out together very soon though, and all this will be water under the bridge as we work toward the holidays. Surely Sam has a lot of DJing to do - that aughta keep them busy. Right?

With Britney’s court settled, it seems that it’s LiLo’s turn to take the court TV spotlight. Once again, Lindsay is headed for the courts, this time to defend herself from a lawsuit stemming from a dramatic car chase last year.

In July of 2007, between stints in rehab, Lindsay had a very public fight with her assistant - who quit on the spot. Lindsay then hopped into a car containing three men, Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro, grabbing the keys and taking over the empty drivers seat to give chase to her assistant. Blake jumped from the car, LiLo ran over his foot, and the other two tried to stop her - one by grabbing the wheel. Reportedly she yelled at them “Touch me and I’ll sue!” and told them she could do whatever she wanted as a celebrity. The wild ride ended outside the police station, where Lindsay was arrested for her second DUI in 90 days, when her breathalizer was failed, and they found cocaine in her pocket. This led to another stint in rehab and one day in jail. At the time, the men said they were “considering taking legal action” - but nothing more was heard of it.

Until today.

The boys have finally decided to sue, claiming that Lindsay endangered their lives, and that it was the worst day of their whole summer. Lindsay’s lawyer, Ed McPherson, released a statement that the lawsuit was absurd, and added “These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in.”

No word on what Lindsay thinks of the lawsuit, but we’ll be certain to let you know as more develops!

While Lindsay is hard at work on the Ugly Betty set, the drama that always swirls around her family keeps getting wilder and wilder. In fact, it didn’t take long at all for Papa Lohan to go to the press again, instead of talking to his daughter directly. He hit up abc news first off, and lashed out against Samantha and Lindsay:

“Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break,” he told ABCNews.com. “Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control?

“I go to church,” he continued. “I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control?”

“I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life,” Michael said. “That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.”

“Dina’s a two-face,” he continued. “She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’”

That, of course, wasn’t enough. He had more to say, so went straight to his staple ragmag, OK magazine, to let it all hang out again. And this one was a doosy, calling the myspace entries “absolutely ridiculous!”

It looks as though our little starlet hasn’t let go of her partying ways! The “Shutters On The Beach” hotel has banned her from it’s Santa Monica location after she left a hotel room trashed following a three-day stay there with Riley. They left the room in complete disarray, with towels and cigarette butts everywhere, and there was even some “hazardous waste” left laying around!

Wait, hazardous waste? There was apparently a bloody syringe left on the bedside table, which hotel secruity took pictures of before calling someone else to remove it. You can’t just pick that up and throw it in the trash people, it’s a biohazard!!!

Now, before we jump to conclusions, maybe Riley’s a diabetic?

Now that there’s all this drama between Lindsay and her boyfriend Riley, people might lose sight of the fact that she’s not only still trying to stay sober, she’s also got that pesky law suit filed by a restaurant employee who claims she hit his car while intoxicated two years ago.

Not one to lose sight of such things (good job picking the right people to work for you!), Lindsay’s filed a counter-suit claiming it was actually Raymundo Ortega’s fault (he’s the one suing her) and others in his car. She’s asking for $75k, and is siting the police report as evidence. The police report states Linds claimed she hadn’t been drinking and showed no signs of intoxication. Must’ve been her one day off that month!

Brandon Davis might have been right after all. I hate that I just had to type that, but the more the rumors circle, the more they sound real. Lindsay might just be broke, and Brandon called it. So sad!

Not one to let rumors of boyfriend troubles get her down, Lindsay hit the salon to get what I can only assume was a touch-up (as her hair doesn’t look much different). But as she’s also not one to leave drama at the door, she chose to go to the Ken Paves salon.

Drama, drama, drama. Remember how Ken is Jessica Simpson’s main hair guy, as well as she his main fag hag? And remember how Jessica and Lindsay hate each other? Yeah.

No word yet on Jessica’s reaction to the news that her main man was cheating on her with one of her biggest frenemies of all time.
