Before heading overseas with lil sis, Ali Lohan, Lindsay pulled out the blond wig and period lingerie for a photo shooot with Spanish Vogue. Sporting some very Marilyn Monroe-esque clothing on May 6th, Lindsay got her pose on for the spread, while rumors swirled about her sleep over the night before at Samantha Ronson’s house. Will they or won’t they - that’s the question!

An insider apparently told People Magazine that they think Sam will eventually take Lindsay back, that their relationship is a cycle that can go on forever. With Lindsay settling down and behaving, Sam’s strength to steer clear ebbs and eases up. Says the insider “Sam knows in her head, life is truly better off without Lindsay - even if her heart sometimes says otherwise.”

What I’d like to know is this:

Why the heck is this guy just standing there staring at her bewbs? Ha!

After partying all week in Los Angeles with gal pal Samantha at her side, Lindsay arrived at JFK in New York City Friday night (February 6th). She was seen as she left the airport where she met her sister Ali, and Dina, her mom.

At least one pair of lips won’t be spouting crap about her any more as we reported earlier that Michael Lohan had closed his blog - saying it was out of respect for his innocent children. Perhaps there was more to it all, though, as right at the top of the blog there’s a notice of shut down due to “FAILURE OF PAYMENT”. What amuses me most is that it was a blogspot blog - who pays for those? I mean really, anyone can set up a blogspot account… Papa had to pay someone to do it? THEN didn’t pay?

Tsk tsk!

The trip to New York was a quicky, though, as she was seen hitting up LAX with Samantha the following day - I don’t know how the girls survive all the jet lag! There are more rumors, of course - which is par for the course. E! Online reports that Lindsay as sneaking drinks from bottles hidden under the table as she sat near Samantha at the Salon party. Reports of how skinny she is spun as Lindsay was flirtatious with guys at her private table - supposedly bitching and cussing at any girls who’d intrude on her space.

Who was one of the guys chatting her up? Sean Penn, once more! Last time rumor had it they were talking about a movie together - no such tidbits this time, just that they were hanging together as Samantha worked away.

Not to let a day go by without wandering through the cameras, Lindsay and Samanth hit up the Jenni Kayne and Andy Lecompte Salon Party on the 5th, with Lindsay dressed to kill as usual - fabulous! Sam kept it casual, as they posed together for some pictures, and partied the evening away - and Sam took her turn at the tables to keep the party going.

Undeterred by the wet weather, Sam and Lindsay then hit up the Villa Lounge for some late night fun, and by the time they left, all the smiles were gone. According to sources, Lindsay and Sam appeared aggravated as they verbally sparred in the car outside the Lounge.

Of course, this once again leads to rumors of more trouble in paradise - will the tumultuous twosome be lovey dovey enough for their upcoming St. Valentine’s Day gig?

Lindsay and Samantha spent the evening of February 4th out in West Hollywood, hitting up the Vanity Fiar party at Chateau Marmont. The girls were all smiles - well, Lindsay was, while Samantha stuck with her trademark smirk - as they were caught by he paparazzi leaving the party and heading off together in Sam’s car, indulging in unhealthy smokes, and laughing.

Despite the fact that they continue to deny any breakup and are together, Lindsay has rented herself a place on El Conteno Drive, moving out of Sam’s Beechwood Canyon Drive place. The new place is said to be a 3-bedroom bungalow in the Hollywood Hills, renting for a whopping $10,000 a month. Doesn’t mean we ever see Lindsay anywhere near her own place, though, as she’s more often seen coming and going from Samantha’s.

For that amount in rent? You could be sure I’d wanna spend time at home - but not our girl!

Lindsay showed up Friday night at the pre-Superbowl party held by ESPN, in Tampa Florida, where she walked the red carpet on the way inside to join Samantha at the DJ booth. She looked fantastic and low-key, though E! insiders inside she had quite a bit to drink while hanging at the booth with Benji Madden while his brother and Samantha kept the dance floor pumping.

Afterward, Lindsay and Samantha were spotted at the Maxim party, where they spent the rest of the evening at a VIP table onstage, and relaxed to the sounds of DJ AM. There were more reports of her drinking, but none of any extra drama or fighting, which seems to be the norm over the last month or so.

The girls decided not to stick around for the Superbowl itself tomorrow, and were spotted at LAX earlier this afternoon, both looking calm and relaxed, as Lindsay smiled and joked with Sam on the way to their car. If she was drinking - it clearly wasn’t like it used to be, as there was no sign of hangover or Lindsay’s being the worse for wear. In fact, she looked positively chipper next to Samantha’s trademark scowl.

With Labor Pains up for release in April, we should start seeing Lindsay doing promotional things for that - we’ll be seeing her on the red carpet for something other then DJ gigs and parties, which will be a treat! Not sure what she has on tap, IMDB has her down for a flick called “Dare to love me” but there is very little information there. Hopefully the Snow White flick is for real… In the meantime, I am getting eager to see Labor Pains! Is it April yet?

No epic fights have made the news while our ladies were in D. C. for the inaugural festivities, which is certainly a good sign! However, Some folks are at it again with the sniping. Now ya’ll know I love a good snarky comment or three, it’s just who I am, but this is really… well, stupid.

Both Perez (shocker! not.) and The Gossip Girls got in a dig at Lindsay’s intelligence today, because she and Samantha joined Rose Kennedy Schlossberg for a tour of Harvard University yesterday. Rose, Caroline Kennedy’s daughter, is currently a student there, and Lindsay and Sam took a trip around the campus, and visited the library and Loker Reading Room. According to Perez and the Gossip Girls site - it’s the last place anyone would expect to see Lindsay - Harvard. Really? And why is that… because she’s made mistakes? Because she’s an actress? Because she smokes? Gimme a break.

Lindsay and Samantha headed over to The Estate nightclub afterward in Boston, where Sam took a spin at the tables, and Lindsay played the recluse for most of the evening, nearby but behind a curtain.

Not that long ago Lindsay was spotted completing some more of her community service at the Red Cross. But where was she spotted? Hanging out on the back patio having a smoke break! Here’s hoping she’s actually doing some work for the organization, and not just hanging around logging hours while smoking and mugging for paparazzi!

hey there my faithful readers. sorry i’ve been gone so long, but i’ve been operating in crisis mode here at home for the last week, and things are finally starting to calm down! i’ll be back to regular posting this afternoon, but i wanted to let you all know i’m not gone for good!

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry for the lack of posting the last few days, but apparently I’m one of the lucky ones who caught whatever cold/flu thing that’s been going around my neck of the woods. I finally caved today and called in sick to my day job, so I should be able to spend some time updating things while laying around the house trying to get healthy!

Just a gratuitous shot of Lindsay out and about in LA wearing some blue plaid. Looks like her Proactiv must’ve run out, as she’s got some acne issues again. One of the “perks” of drugging it up for so long I’d imagine!

I just don’t get why people who live in LA get so bundled up during the “winter” months. I can’t imagine it’s really cold enough to need an ear-warmer headband. That said, Lindsay sure does look cute!

Well, it’s that time of year folks. I’m signing off the internet for a few days to spend some time knitting up last-minute holiday gifts and bake a million cookies, and generally enjoy the holidays with family and friends. Looks like Linday’s finally becoming a good big sister! She reportedly pulled Ali aside during her time in New York to talk to the young teen about her sexy look. She’s worried that Ali looks up to her, and that all she’s had thus far is a bad influence. She also doesn’t want Ali to end up with the same life experiences she’s had: addiction, rehab, jail time (all by 21)!

Lindsay even went so far as to ask if Dina had asked Ali to don the sexy new look for promotional shots (for the new reality show), but Ali apparently likes the look and didn’t need much convincing!

I’m betting Mama Lohan put her up to it. She’s already started the exploitation process full-force with Ali, just like she did with Lindsay, so it’s only a matter of time before Ali hits the same snags. Unless Lindsay can get through to her. Good for her for figuring that out and starting to make an effort!

Now that she’s back in LA, still-sober Lindsay seems to be filling the void alcohol has left in her soul with food. Tuesday alone, she hit up a Coffee Bean and Tea for a drink, then she got mobbed at Pinkberry trying to get some ice cream. All that before lunch, which she ate with a “gal pal” at 14 Karats.

Just jumping in really quickly to say I probably won’t be here much before Sunday. I’ve got family in town, so my days and nights are about to be spent doing family-type things. I’ve got a few posts set to hit the site between now and then, but if anything big happens I’ll be a little late in posting it.
