The internets are a buzzing today with the latest rumors of a breakup between Lindsay and Samantha, despite Lindsay’s desire that folks just leave them alone and quit speculating. The latest reported drama started on Friday night at Bar Marmont where Sam was DJing a party for her sister Charlotte. Lindsay tried to get in - but five bouncers held her back at the door!

Supposedly, the doormen ere under orders from the Ronson family to keep Lindsay from the party! The source claimed that the Ronsons had gone out of their way to insure Lindsay couldn’t get inside, saying that “unless Lindsay rams a truck through he red carpet or skydives in, she won’t be here!” The same source reported that inside, Sam looked to be in a great mood. Hm…

Lindsay was spotted at the Chateau Marmont with her mom and sister earlier today, and a photog is reporting that LIndsay’s assistant has confirmed that Lindsay an Samantha have broken up for good. An insider at the hotel added that the police were claeed to the hotel to break up a fight after some “major drama friday night” - the same night of the above incident.

So is this it? is it really the end for Lindsay and Samantha? And if so, how long do you think it’ll take for Papa Lohan to claim responsibility for the breakup and ‘helping’ Lindsay get on the right track, even if he’s no where around?

Perez reports that he has copies of recent Twitters during the drama - but Lindsay’s Twitter is private, so I’ve no confirmation on that. - However, a locksmith WAS seen changing the locks at Samantha Ronson’s place earlier today.

Reports came in that Lindsay stepped out on the town with Mama, Dinah, and Little Sis Ali on March 25 - they reportedly went clubbing, but were turned away at the door due to Ali only being 15! (DUH!) Dina was heard shouting the very classic line “Do you know who I am?” while Lindsay reportedly told the bouncers outside Villa Nightclub that they were “Making a huge mistake, HUGE!”

My question is - why wait a week for the scoop? I dunno, this one sounds vaguely suspicious to me!

Amid all this, there’s still MORE rumors going around about how thin Lindsay is looking these days. The buzz is that she’s living on Red Bull and Cigarettes and Candy - and that her 3 a day Red Bull habit is mostly to blame. Lindsay’s rep slammed the reports telling People Magazine that “Lindsay has always enjoyed a Red Bull, but she eats! Everybody needs to mind their own business and stop worrying aobut what Lindsay eats or doesn’t eat!”

It’s been a busy couple of days for La Lohan! Lindsay attended three different parties in one night; the Stand Up for a Cure event, and the Marie Claire party where Nina Garcia was being welcomed to the magazine. They celebrated Lindsay too, as she’s on the cover for October. After that, they hit up the Ultimat Vodka Launch in New York City, before hitting up the set again to continue to shoot scenes for Ugly Betty.

Both Lindsay and Samantha Ronson took time out today to post tributes to those lost in 9/11 on their myspace pages, Lindsay reminding us to take a moment to reflect, and Sam told us about her experience as she was in New York City during the tragic event. “Never in my lifetime had I ever believed that I would see such horror” she wrote, “the kind that you see in documentaries set in far off places and read about in text books- never in my life had I ever thought that I would wake up and fall asleep afraid- watching things on television that felt like a film- walking through a city that felt like a war zone. [...] Seven years later, and I will never forget.”

We wish those affected directly and directly by the terror of 9/11 peace.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a complete Day with Lindsay without some sort of additional rumor! Mama Lohan that Sam was ok with her, telling ET that she loves them both, and if they’re happy, she’s happy. “What better place for a child to be happy than in her soul or her spirit?”

Sam reportedly commented that “by the end of the year, my love will be Mrs. Ronson” and that, coupled with the kissing in the street incident and the big fat ring Lindsay was wearing on her finger at the Absolut party, the rumors of a LiLO-SamRo wedding are swirling once again!

While Lindsay is hard at work on the Ugly Betty set, the drama that always swirls around her family keeps getting wilder and wilder. In fact, it didn’t take long at all for Papa Lohan to go to the press again, instead of talking to his daughter directly. He hit up abc news first off, and lashed out against Samantha and Lindsay:

“Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break,” he told ABCNews.com. “Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control?

“I go to church,” he continued. “I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control?”

“I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life,” Michael said. “That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.”

“Dina’s a two-face,” he continued. “She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’”

That, of course, wasn’t enough. He had more to say, so went straight to his staple ragmag, OK magazine, to let it all hang out again. And this one was a doosy, calling the myspace entries “absolutely ridiculous!”

A mishmash of the Lindsay Lohan news of the past couple days have us scratching our heads with a little bit of confusion.

First off, there’s the creepy fake agent dude, Roy Cohen who’s setting up shopping sprees and appearances for LiLo and Blake Lively (Gosspi Girl), but they don’t show up because the creepy stalkerish guy is, you know, fake. Weird. Of all the things to do - set up fake shopping sprees and such? Where’s the logic behind that? Did he think they wouldn’t notice when LiLo didn’t show up, didn’t know his name, had no idea what was going on? Which leads to other questions - the store owners/party venues weren’t taught to CONFIRM? They didn’t think to call back and make sure this guy was legit? I mean, how hard is it to get a hold of LiLo’s publicist… she is on record everywhere, right? Dorks. The stores deserve the lost $$ caused by shutdowns for non-existent private viewings. As a former manager of a franchise location, I’m appalled by the lack of responsibility! (Of course, this from the one who squealed like a school girl when Ted Dansen’s “Cheers” moterhome just drove through the parking lot. Ha! Hey, I live in Alaska, the thought that he might be in there was all it took to make our day exciting.)

In other news, Samantha and Lindsay were seen picking up over $300 in baby items. Wait, what? They were sure to assure us that they weren’t pregnant (….duh.) but there’s no word on who the items were for. Are they shopping for Angelina’s Baby Shower? Or for some family member? Or just to mess with the paparazzi? No one knows yet. (…do we really care? If LiLo isn’t sporting a babybump, or heaven forbid, Sam… I don’t.)

Lindsay and Sam capped off all this excitement, by spending a quiet dinner with their Moms for Family Bonding Time. In New York, they hit up Bar Pitty with Dina Lohan and Ann Dexter Jones. Sources say the group as quiet and happy, and quite comfortable with each other, like they’ve done this hang out thing before. Is it such a shock to have dinner with you mom nowdays?

Today, we expect more of the same for Lindsay - shopping, smiles, and Sam.

So apparently Lindsay’s not the only one upset that her ex Riley’s been selling their sexual secrets all over the place. When Us Weekly started saying it had payed him close to $120,000 to tell all, Dinah got so mad she called up Riley’s mom and told her off, insulting the woman’s parenting.

Somehow I doubt that even if Dinah did insult her parenting the woman took it seriously. This is the same woman whose daughter is slutting her way through Italy (supposedly) and has already most likely fallen off the wagon. But who knows. In the world of celebrity parenting, most of these mothers are completely obvlivious!

Lindsay and her mom look like they had some fun spending tons of money a few days ago! The pair were spotted at Kirna Zabete (it’s in Soho), and it looks like Lindsay couldn’t decide if she needed to add a pair of hot pink stilettos to her shoe collection!

I always wonder when pictures like this surface if Lindsay makes her mom walk behind her like that so she gets the full force of the cameras on her, and her mom (or Riley, when they’re out together) are stuck getting only half-shots of them? It’s got to be a planned thing, because it happens so frequently with so many stars!

Scoring one for mom’s everywhere, Dina Lohan’s been telling people she doesn’t understand why her daughter had to go to rehab. Apparently her daughter’s DUI seems the same to her as a college kid getting a DUI, and in her words, “Like, if you’re in college and you get a D.U.I., you don’t go to rehab. It’s just ridiculous!�?

Yeah, Dina, if you’re in college and you get a DUI you don’t go to rehab. Sure. But if you hijack someone’s car with them and two of their friends in it, and then try to sneak coke into jail with you? Then you need to go to rehab. And when you aren’t even 21 and admitting you’ve been partying for years and telling people OF YOUR OWN ACCORD that you’ve got a problem, and when your every move is splashed all over the television and magazines? Then you go to rehab. Even if just to save your career.

There are plenty of stars who quietly party much harder than Lindsay ever did, I’m sure. She just chose to do it so that everyone was watching and critiquing her. And that’s the fastest way to end your Hollywood career. Just look at Britney Spears! Or Mel Gibson. Or Dog the Bounty Hunter (Hah!) … they all aired their dirty laundry willingly and have crushed their careers. Take note, Dina, take note.

Dina Lohan, Lindsay Lohan, rehab

Damn you E! Now I’m going to have to temper how often I tune into your television station. As of October 30, Dina Lohan is set to begin filming her reality show for the station, showing single mothers everywhere how to do it right!

“There are so many misconceptions about me and my family. I’m setting the record straight. It’s about empowering women to be successful single mothers. About being in the limelight without compromising motherhood. It’s about what I do, how you can be successful, and be a single mom and fulfilling your kids’ dreams. Working is my sole source of income.�?

She goes on to say the reality series will feature such exploitation gems as son Cody at soccer practice and daughter Ali in the studio recording her album and practicing to be just like her big sis. Here’s hoping the show is canned before it airs, because I can’t imagine this will be good for anyone in the Lohan family.

Although … it’s got to be better than the new parenting book Lynne Spears is supposedly penning! That thing will be a hoot!

Now that she’s out of rehab and “cleaning house” (including friends like Brit Brit and rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson) there’s one more name to potentially add to that list … Dina Lohan.

Despite Lindsay’s camp saying there’s no truth to the rumors she’s fired her mommy manager, sources close to Dina are saying otherwise.

“Lindsay fired Dina as her manager. She is livid about all this press her mom is doing on this NYC apartment that she’ll never even live in; Dina even gave Access Hollywood a tour of the apartment two nights ago.”

“The apartment” is the rumored new digs of LiLo once she’s done filming her newest movie. It looks like Linds won’t be living there after all, as she’s made it very clear she plans to stay in Utah and continue her recovery.

It gets better. Apparently the only way Dina got her E! television show was by saying Lindsay would be on it with her, and now that it’s clear she wants nothing to do with her mother, Dina might lose the show.

“They tolerate her simply to get to Lindsay – the REAL star in the family. When Lindsay found out about the show, she went mad at her mother. She is upset her mom would use her name and sign off on paperwork involving her career without even consulting her. The two haven’t even spoken in weeks except to fight.”

Looks like there’s about to be a serious media-fueled catfight! Too bad Dina can’t learn to put on a concerned face like Brit’s mom. She’s got that thing HANDLED!

Lindsay Lohan and her mom are being sued by a New York photographer who claims that Lindsay recently ran into him with her mother’s BMW.

The man, Giovanni Arnold, 22, claims he has suffered “severe and permanent personal injuries and economic loss�? because Lindsay Lohan allegedly hit him in the knees with her car. Well, that’s according to the lawsuit he filed against the star. Lindsay obviously denied knocking him down and even recently claimed the incident was faked.

But his lawyer, a man by the name of Marc Mausser, says Giovanni was standing a mere two feet in front of the car when Lindsay drove into him, throwing him onto the hood of the car. “The vehicle wasn’t moving, and he was just going to take a picture,” Mausser said, adding that Lindsay ditched the scene in another vehicle but returned afterwards. He says Giovanni is after compensation for his injuries and to cover the income he has lost due to not being able to work after the incident. Apparently he is still receiving medical treatment for his injuries.

Because the car belongs to Lindsay’s mom, Dina, the lawsuit names both Lohans. According to the lawsuit, Arnold claims that both Lindsay and her mom are “negligent, careless and reckless.�?

Lindsay’s mom has spoken out against criticism that she has been enabling her daughter’s life. She has her say in the April issue of Harper’s Bazaar where she spoke openly about many things, including Lindsay’s time in rehab. “Lindsay had to fall and get up. I knew it was coming. I told her, but finally she was like, ‘Mommy, I had to do it myself.’ You can lead a horse to water. You can’t make it drink,�? Dina says. But interestingly, she denies that Lindsay is an alcoholic. “[Lindsay] is just a 20-year-old who had to reel it in. And she’s from an addictive personality genetically. And in that world, they give you things like candy. Hurt your ankle? ‘Let’s give her something,’�? she says.

But of course the media would think that Dina is an enabler to her daughter. After all, she’s always going to clubs with her! But she has an answer for that too. “Listen to me: Lindsay would drag me, literally drag my loser butt there and say, ‘I need you to know who these people are.’ Yeah, she trusts my judgment.�? And just in case you were thinking of calling Dina a party mom, don’t! “Oh, the party mom, the party mom, the party mom! Whoever said that, my ex-husband or whatever, I’m not the party mom!,�? Dina insists. “You throw enough pasta on the walls, some pasta’s going to stick, okay?�?

Dina also spoke up about Britney Spears. “I don’t know her mom. But I love this kid, and I feel so badly for her because I’m a mom,�? Dina says. “The girl is a beautiful kid. She married some guy just to get out of the limelight. Cut her some slack. Her mother, I’m surprised she didn’t come forward. I’m not gonna sit back and go, You’re gonna trash my kid? If my daughter was in high school I would be at the principal’s office. Hello?”

Huh? Anyway, she also said the Lohans are misunderstood (well, if you speak like she does, of course your words would be misunderstood. Note to self: Am I the only person who thinks Dina is drunk during this interview?). “We’re just so misunderstood. My sons are in sports; my daughters want to be actors. I was in the business, and I’m going to help them,�? she says. “You don’t like that? I’m living the American dream.”

It’s been four weeks in rehab for Lindsay Lohan already, and despite all the negative press as a result of her rehab antics (such as leaving the premises and having a makeup artist on call), it seems Lindsay is doing okay. Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan has had some good things to say about her daughter’s progress so far.
Not too long ago Dina was blamed for Lindsay’s alcohol problem because she herself is quite a hard party girl. People were musing that Dina is not such a good example for Lindsay. But Dina stuck to her opinion that the media’s harsh limelight was to blame for Lindsay feeling like she couldn’t cope.
Now, according to a report by contactmusic.com, Dina has used the words ‘amazing’, ‘great’ and ‘happy’ to describe how Lindsay is doing. She even goes so far as to say that rehab is having a very positive effect on her daughter. “She’s amazing. She’s great and she’s happy. She’s in a really good space right now,�? Dina tells People magazine. It’s good to hear Lindsay is coping, especially after her recent text message to a friend saying that she was craving to get out of rehab so badly just so she could have ‘sex and McDonalds’.

Dina Lohan, who is known as Lindsay’s partying mom and manager, has told Entertainment Tonight that the reason why Lindsay is in rehab is because it’s not easy to live under the ‘microscope.’ She said, “The media puts this ridiculousness out there… There are helicopters outside our apartment. I mean, this child can’t even go to Starbucks without someone saying, ‘Oh, her hair looks…’�? Dina has been fully supporting Lindsay’s resolve to get treatment, saying, “You know, the positive thing is someone is trying to help themselves, and I’ll leave it at that.�?
As for opinions that Dina is partly the reason why Lindsay finds herself in such a mess, thanks to her example of drinking and partying, Dina sticks to her guns that the media is to blame. “You know, I’m her mother, I’m not her keeper. I’m 40-ish, and it hurts me and Lindsay’s like, ‘Mommy look what they wrote about me. Are you kidding?’… You saw ‘Mean Girls’ I’m sure. It’s almost ‘Mean Girls’ tabloid.�?
Some good publicity for Lindsay is that celebrities like James Franco and Jennifer Love Hewitt have been sending her their best wishes. James Franco told Access Hollywood, “We are friends, I hope she gets better.�? However, there are rumors that James’s recent cold shoulder to Lindsay was what pushed her into rehab, but her representatives have denied this.
Another celebrity to give Lindsay some get well wishes is Jennifer Love Hewitt. When asked by reporters if she had anything to say to Lindsay, Jennifer said, “She’s very brave�? and then she wished the Bobby star ‘very well.’

Lindsay and her mom, Dina Lohan, were spotted last weekend leaving an aerobics studio in Los Angeles. Not just any old aerobics studio, though – the class involves strip tease and pole dance lessons.
The two Lohans have often been snapped together, attending parties or going to clubs, and it seems Dina could be giving her daughter a run for her money when it comes to partying hard!
Dina was recently seen with a younger man leaving Hyde, a Hollywood hotspot. The two tried to run and hide from the paparazzi but were unsuccessful.
In the past, Lindsay has been worried about her mother’s wild partying. Although she herself was spotted partying hard every night last week, she has been replacing alcohol with water in an attempt to cut down on her heavy drinking. To help her stick to her guns about being sober, Lindsay has been hanging out with non-celebrity friends instead of friend and fellow party animal, Paris Hilton.
