Okay, so there’s some conflicting information surrounding these pictures. Some are saying they’re from a Tuesday night recording session, and some are saying they’re from a Tapas party Lindsay attended that night. Either way, Lindsay’s back to her leggings, and with that white shirt on she looks even more orange than usual. I wish she’d get my hints I keep throwing down, because the shiny leggings make her look about 30 pounds heavier than she is. And she’s not a thick girl at all!

Here’s a few pictures of Lindsay from December 10. her first day of recording with JR Rotem. While he’s worked with many stars, from Britney to Paris to Rhianna to Destiny’s Child, he’s known more for his tagging along with Britney and being named as the father of her yet to be confirmed third child. I just hope Lindsay keeps this relationship professional, because she definitely does not need to be sucked into whatever strange web he weaves when around women!

Here’s a few more pictures from Lindsay’s photo shoot for you!

She’s back on the shoot, and it seems it’s for a print campaign, not a commercial. More superheroes (and super villians) surround Lindsay, who looks gorgeous as always, and this time it looks like the ladies took center stage with her. I can’t wait to see this ad campaign hit, because I bet it’s going to be super cute.

In other Lindsay news, the man who’s been suing her for her supposed drunken hit and run in 2005 is now saying he’s got proof she was intoxicated. Whatever his proof is (most likely something like “I was her waiter at the restaurant, and I served her X number of drinks”), we’ll all get to hear about it when the law suit goes to trial in 2008. Until then, we’ll just have to speculate.

Looking a little more like Pamela Anderson than she should, Lindsay stepped out over the weekend for some more retail therapy, heading back to Robertson Blvd and the waiting paparazzi. And resorting back to old publicity tricks (made famous first by Britney), she gave everyone a little peek at her black panties while getting in and out of the car.

A smiling Lindsay Lohan was spotted out and about in LA the other day, most likely shopping her cares away. With the writer’s strike still on full force, her turn on Ugly Betty might be delayed longer than originally thought, but here’s hoping her tango film is keeping her busy.

I guess that, for my sake, I should hope Lindsay’s film commitments don’t keep her TOO busy. If that starts to happen, I’ll miss out on great shots of her like this!
