So apparently Lindsay’s not the only one upset that her ex Riley’s been selling their sexual secrets all over the place. When Us Weekly started saying it had payed him close to $120,000 to tell all, Dinah got so mad she called up Riley’s mom and told her off, insulting the woman’s parenting.

Somehow I doubt that even if Dinah did insult her parenting the woman took it seriously. This is the same woman whose daughter is slutting her way through Italy (supposedly) and has already most likely fallen off the wagon. But who knows. In the world of celebrity parenting, most of these mothers are completely obvlivious!

With Riley finally out of Lindsay’s life, you’d think the stories about him would have stopped by now. Not so. The latest rumor is that while they were in New York and at a party, he screwed some girl in the woods while Lindsay was inside drugging it up!

The party in question is the one where she met up with her drug dealer, and some are saying that Riley might have cheated as retaliation for Lindsay’s extensive “alone time” with him. Either way, Riley took some girl out into the woods in the freezing New York winter to do the nasty while Lindsay stayed inside drugging and fuming.

“When Lindsay found out, she went ballistic. Everyone at the party watched her yell at Riley. She was crying and sobbing. It was a major scene.”

I just don’t see why anyone is suprised. The pair met while he was cheating on his fiance. Doing it in the stairwell. At rehab. And she’s shocked that this sort of erratic behavior would continue?

At any rate, he’s out of her life now (hopefully).

Looks like we finally know why Riley was dumped just after returning from New York with Lindsay … he pouted too much. Back when they were in Utah the relationship went well, but as soon as they got to Los Angeles the problems began. Riley apparently couldn’t handle being on the sidelines while Lindsay shot a movie, met with producers and directors, and all the general “star stuff” she’s been doing (when not shopping or selling pics to the paparazzi to make an extra buck). And apparently her boyfriend didn’t like not being the center of attention.

So now he’s out. And good riddance to him according to her friends. “They thought he was unsophisticated and told her she should have left him in Utah with his snowboard.” Ouch.

Sheesh! You take half a day off, and look what happens! Lindsay’s gone and dyed her hair back to a dark brown (and looks mighty good, I might add), and might just have also dumped Riley! I was flipping channels last night and saw on TMZ’s tv show that she was out with Stavros Niarchos, who might have gotten back together with Mary Kate Olsen (although if he did it was just to piss Paris off, natch), but then he was out with Lindsay. Who has been noticably sans Riley recently.

I also remember Lindsay saying something about how you can tell how happy or depressed she is based on her hair color. The lighter it gets the more satisfied she is with her life. If that’s true, then let the partying and drugging begin anew, because Lindsay’s got the dark hair again!

I’m officially of the opinion that Riley Giles is not in fact the writer of the MySpace page everyone attributes to him. The most recent post to his site had this to say:

Here’s the thing. If he really felt this way, I doubt MySpace would be where he would vent his frustrations about his girlfriend’s mother. And calling her a version of White Oprah? I don’t think he’d actually have the balls for that. So with this post, I’m officially chalking this whole “Riley has a myspace page” thing to nothing more than someone doing a decent enough job of impersonating him to have gossip sites fooled for a bit. He’s not Shannon Moakler, after all. She admits it’s her site, and Riley’s constantly denying he’s even GOT a myspace page!

Now that Lindsay and Riley are a hot commodity, the reports are flying in that he’s just using her. The latest rumor? While Lindsay was out spending time with her sister, brothers, and parents, her boyfriend was out partying in New York City every night.

That’s right! He was out at the Pink Elephant on Friday night (so .. not really EVERY night), and partied so late he didn’t make it to any of the family activities Saturday until the evening. Lindsay and her family all went to therapy together (a big step for them, actually, considering Papa Lohan and Mama Lohan were in the same room!) Riley was asleep back at the house.

Now, in Riley’s defense, it was FAMILY therapy. As he’s not family, he probably wasn’t invited anyhow. But should someone with a drug/alcohol problem, who’s dating someone with the same issues, be out all night partying while staying with family? My vote is hell no.

Could Lindsay be done with Riley already? This is another story I’m chalking up to rumor until I see further proof.

The evidence: Riley’s not fitting in so well with Lindsay’s LA lifestyle. Her friends think he’s a hick, and he’s making it pretty obvious he’s riding her coattails, not even able to come up with $20 to pay for a pizza while with Lindsay and some of her friends! He’s reportedly back in Utah already, and is texting his ex-fiance telling her he misses her. For her part, Lindsay might have been texting and calling several of her exes while she and Riley were still together!

Why it’s not true: Riley is still with Lindsay in New York, so to say that he’s in Utah is a complete fallacy. Maybe he’s not living with Lindsay in Los Angeles, but he’s definitely with her often. And the fact that he’s spending time with her family? That’s more serious than she’s gotten with another boyfriend, so that’s a good sign for him, too.

Why it could be true: We haven’t seen as much of Riley in pictures as we were seeing when Lindsay first got out of rehab. He might just be busy, what with being a professional snowboarder and all. Lindsay’s also been known to move through lovers fast, so she could already be tiring of Riley.

Bottom line: I’ll believe it when I see it. She’s known to go back to exes, so even if they do break up I can’t imagine she’d be totally done with him that fast.

Yesterday Lindsay and her boyfriend Riley hit New York, presumably to visit with the Lohan clan for Thanksgiving. I wonder if they’ll start looking for places to live, as Riley previously hinted they’d be doing at some point.

What I find most funny about the whole thing? When they were spotted at LAX, Riley was named as her body guard and not even snapped in the pictures! That sure says a ton about their body language as a couple, as well as how much he’s been absent from her life lately!

Well, maybe. In what’s shaping up to be a Riley-centered few days, reports are coming in that Lindsay’s rehab love might have to serve hard time for a few incidents earlier this year. Seems he was on probation in Utah for forging a Xanax perscription (which is probably what landed him in rehab), and also got busted for a DUI in Vegas in May. And did he mention this to his Utah probation officer? Nope. Nice. This means if Lindsay’s lawyers can’t pull a fast one for him he could face some jail time.

Best part? Former fiance Breanna Tierney was injured in the DUI.

Who knows, maybe the pair can do their jail time together, as Lindsay’s required to spend one full day in jail by January 18 for the driving rampage that ultimately landed her in rehab for the third time. Who wants to bet she’ll be in for less time than Nicole Richie was?

Now that we “know” Lindsay and Riley are moving in together (and to the other side of the country no less), it’s time to address the other rumor that’s been circling for some time now. That supposed proposal Papa Lohan’s been denying vehemently. The newest rumor surrounding the proposal involves a missed period!

Yup, that’s right. Rumor has it Lindsay was late enough that she panicked and told Riley she thought she might be pregnant. When she finally mustered the courage to tell him (pregnancy test anyone?!?!) he responded exactly how she thought he wouldn’t.

“He was actually pretty excited,” says the source. “And he did was he thought was right and proposed on the spot.”

Of course Linds turned him down, telling him she cared deeply for him but didn’t think the pair were ready to be man and wife. And a few days later she got her period, so all was good in LiLo land again.

Somehow I don’t believe a word of this story, but it’s nice to know Britney and Angie aren’t the only one with pregnancy rumors right now!

Just when everyone’s slamming Riley for being a backseat kind of boyfriend he pipes up on his MySpace page (where else?) to bash Lindsay’s mom. It would seem the working mother has asked not just Lindsay but Riley as well to be on her new reality show, filming in Los Angeles, and the pair have given her the definitive thumbs-down on that offer. He bashes her idea of parenthood (filming a reality show instead of parenting your four kids), and then goes on to dish about the new digs in NY the pair are going to move into sometime in December.

Wait, they’re moving in together? In New York? What happened to Papa Lohan telling the world Lindsay’s buying a house in Utah so she can continue treatment after filming her newest box-office bomb in the making? New York is about as good an idea for her as living in LA for an extended period of time, and shacking up with the boy you stole from his fiance doesn’t seem like the best idea.

But who are we to tell newly sober Lindsay what to do? She didn’t listen to our advice about orange skin, so we know she won’t listen to us now, either.

While the pic isn’t the best, the story sure is. Halloween day Lindsay went to lunch with former BFF (and rumored lover) Samantha Ronson at the Newsroom Cafe. Apparently she and Riley went for lunch (to the heart of the paparazzi den, I might add) and to meet up with Samantha. Lindsay went so far as to shove her umbrella through the waiting herd of paps!

You’d think the threesome would have chosen a less paparazzi-friendly place for lunch if they didn’t want to be photographed, which makes me wonder how staged the whole thing is. And the fact that there’s no pics of Samantha? At all? Make me wonder if the whole thing is made up.

Regardless heading to a paparazzi-filled restaurant and then getting violent with an umbrella is no way to behave. She knew they’d be there and wanted to get photographed, and when you go into a situation like that and get violent? It’s just one more strike against you in the long-run.

No event is too Christian for Michael Lohan, and this time he’s in Daytona Beach promoting something called GodMen (which sounds like a 21st century version of Promise Keepers). He took the opportunity to talk about his family, natch, saying he thinks Linday’s in a good place, he wishes Dina the best, and he likes Riley despite the four times he’s been arrested in his short life!

“I don’t think anyone has the right to judge Riley. They [Lindsay & Riley] keep each other in line. They go to meetings with one another.”

Really Michael? Are you just saying that because of the amount of jail time you’ve put in? Here’s hoping that for once you’re right about things, and Riley and Lindsay are good for one another.

Now that she’s taken back LA, she’s got her man with her and he seems to be happy carrying her bags to and from dance rehearsal! Lindsay and Riley were spotted leaving the Millennium Dance Complex (also famous for housing Britney Spears when she’s not at Starbucks), where Lindsay spends her days rehearsing for her new movie “Dare To Love Me”.

I still can’t figure out why she didn’t stay in Utah and practice until the day the cameras were set to roll on this sure to be flop, but who am I to judge! At least she’s got her awesome man with her!
