Tuesday, Lindsay and Samantha were spotted heading out of LAX on their way to London where Sam has some DJ’ing gigs. Of course, the rumors fly thick and fast throughout the time they’ve spent “across the pond”! First it was that the dj gigs were only bringing in Lily Allen and a slew of Lindsay’s ex’s, making Samantha jealous, then there’s the night they had a tiff, and Lindsay spent her time in the VIP room, only to crawl (Yes, CRAWL!) on her hands and knees behind the booth to cling to Sam’s leg. Naturally, the next night, Lindsay we flirting it up all hot and heavy with another girl in the VIP room, and Samantha had had enough, and glared angrily. (My question would be - how could you tell?) Then they partied at several different places until the wee hours of the morning. There was also Shopping. Of course.

After that, the girls spent a day in Paris, where it was rumored the girls were going to get engaged, and where Lindsey got floured.

Yes. Floured.

Seems our girl was wearing a fur stole on her way into while strolling along the Champs-Elysees where Samantha had a DJing gig, and an anti-fur activist covered Lindsay in flour shouting “Lindsay Lohan - Fur Hag!” Witnesses declared Lindsay mortified and furious, which we can totally understand. PETA of course rushed out a statement slamming Lidsay for daring to wear fur and outraging PETA who felt their pleas that she consider the poor animals were being ignored.

Gee. Ya think?

They added they hoped a dash of flour would “Help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all.”

Yeah. That’s gonna happen. Lindsay merely got help dusting herself off, then posed for pictures with Sam at her side, holding hands and blowing kisses to the crowd. With her fur.

With Britney’s court settled, it seems that it’s LiLo’s turn to take the court TV spotlight. Once again, Lindsay is headed for the courts, this time to defend herself from a lawsuit stemming from a dramatic car chase last year.

In July of 2007, between stints in rehab, Lindsay had a very public fight with her assistant - who quit on the spot. Lindsay then hopped into a car containing three men, Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro, grabbing the keys and taking over the empty drivers seat to give chase to her assistant. Blake jumped from the car, LiLo ran over his foot, and the other two tried to stop her - one by grabbing the wheel. Reportedly she yelled at them “Touch me and I’ll sue!” and told them she could do whatever she wanted as a celebrity. The wild ride ended outside the police station, where Lindsay was arrested for her second DUI in 90 days, when her breathalizer was failed, and they found cocaine in her pocket. This led to another stint in rehab and one day in jail. At the time, the men said they were “considering taking legal action” - but nothing more was heard of it.

Until today.

The boys have finally decided to sue, claiming that Lindsay endangered their lives, and that it was the worst day of their whole summer. Lindsay’s lawyer, Ed McPherson, released a statement that the lawsuit was absurd, and added “These guys had the night of their lives, playing with the radio and leaving the vehicle at one point and getting back in.”

No word on what Lindsay thinks of the lawsuit, but we’ll be certain to let you know as more develops!

After getting turned away at the door of the Snake Pit last night for not having their IDs on them, Lindsay was seen out and about again yesterday, shopping and doing errands around LA. She was all smiles, even as she asked the Paparazzi to back off at the door of Fred Segal, saying it was ‘embarrassing’.

She wasn’t so embarrassed with the almost see through tank the day before, but ya know, different day, different feelings. Or something. She looked lovely though, as always, though Samantha was no where in sight.

Sam has her own set of problems now, though, and it seems Lindsay is trying to shy back from the attention it will get her this time around. Samantha was recently required to pony up the cash to pay for the expenses of a lost defamation case against Perez Hilton, who’d claimed that Lindsay’s coke bust in 2007 was all Ronsons fault. Samantha lost the case, and recently paid off Perez the ‘damages’ owed. She’s now in the process of suing her former lawyer, Martin Garbus, for malpractice after having lost that suit.

Lindsa’s worried. Not about the case specifically, but because she doesn’t want her deposition/testimony to be videotaped and leaked to the internet. She’s sure that if the tape is released, that it’ll be found and sent around the internets (Would we do that?!) and cause her “Unwarrented annoyance, embarrassment, oppression and undue burden and expense.” She’s gone so far as to request the depo be at a private location, with minimal witnesses and a sealed transcript, only shown to the few key players in the case.

Good luck with that, Lindsay! It’s ok, though. We’ll be kind!

While Lindsay is hard at work on the Ugly Betty set, the drama that always swirls around her family keeps getting wilder and wilder. In fact, it didn’t take long at all for Papa Lohan to go to the press again, instead of talking to his daughter directly. He hit up abc news first off, and lashed out against Samantha and Lindsay:

“Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break,” he told ABCNews.com. “Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control?

“I go to church,” he continued. “I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control?”

“I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life,” Michael said. “That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.”

“Dina’s a two-face,” he continued. “She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’”

That, of course, wasn’t enough. He had more to say, so went straight to his staple ragmag, OK magazine, to let it all hang out again. And this one was a doosy, calling the myspace entries “absolutely ridiculous!”

Recently Lindsay Lohan was accused of stealing her ex-friend’s clothing. Apparently, Lindsay went over to the woman’s house when she was away on business and told the house-sitter that she wanted to collect some of clothes and belongings that she had left there some time ago. The woman agreed, but when the owner of the house returned and found that stuff to the value of $10 000 was missing, she freaked out!

But now it turns out that the woman who accused Lindsay of stealing from her home lied! According to Eonline.com, the LA county District Attorney’s office dismissed the woman’s complaint because there was not enough evidence and too many holes in her story.

The complaint said that Lindsay was invited to the woman’s apartment while she was away by the house-sitter and was spotted walking out with several clear bags of clothing when she left. She even showed paparazzi photos of Lindsay wearing her stolen clothes, but it was later discovered by police that the pictures were taken a week before the robbery was supposed to have occurred! The house-sitter came forward and defended Lindsay by saying that the clothes she left with were actually hers after all.

This is not the first time Lindsay has been accused of nicking stuff. Recently at a GQ party, Lindsay was accused of stealing Kelly Osbourne’s handbag. But it later transpired that Lindsay had nothing to do with Kelly’s misplaced handbag and actually helped her search for it.

Lindsay’s lawyer is not a happy camper. He is mad with some of Lindsay’s friends who he thinks are responsible for selling images of the actress snorting cocaine in a club bathroom to British newspaper, News of the World. I wonder how much they were paid for those images. This could very well be a scene straight out of Mean Girls!

Poor Lindsay is apparently “inconsolable” after finding herself in the middle of this latest scandal, which occurred a mere 20 days after she left rehab. Another friend of hers has blabbed to Life & Style magazine, but this time to comment about Lindsay’s emotional state, not mar her reputation. The friend said that Lindsay was “crying hysterically�? after the incident and claimed that everyone is out to get her.

Lindsay’s lawyer, Mike Heller, has not confirmed that she is the girl in the picture who’s using drugs. But, according to a report by The Post Chronicle, what he did say was: “This just goes to show how hard it is to be Lindsay Lohan, who’s even denied her privacy in the sacred confines of a ladies’ room stall and then must fend off the slings and arrows of false allegation.”
