From fashion face to fashion flop?
Lindsay might lose her campaign with fashion house Jill Stuart because of her time in rehab.
Lindsay, who has an advertising deal as the face of Jill Stuart’s latest fashion campaign, is allegedly in a serious jam because the Japanese branch of the company are not happy about her latest behavior. “The Japanese [Jill Stuart] licensee paid for [the campaign], and they wanted to pull the plug when she went to rehab,” a source told the New York Daily News. “Japan accounts for the lion’s share of the business.” Lindsay was going to appear in the 2007 autumn campaign for Jill Stuart and shot the advertisements in April. But when Lindsay was photographed passed out in her car recently, the Japanese are rumored to have said that they did not want to be involved in the project anymore.
However, there seems to be hope for Lindsay yet. According to Ron Curtis, Jill Stuart CEO, Lindsay’s time in rehab is not going to influence the campaign at all. “The ads are running as planned, and we have the utmost support for Lindsay and her rehabilitation, and she is doing great,” he said. “They will also appear in all of the major lifestyle fashion magazines for fall in Asia and the U.S.”
I reckon that whatever happens with the campaign, the most important thing is for Lindsay to get better.

Notice a trend going on? Paris was dropped for going to jail and now Lindsay for getting help. Hmm, maybe these places like them being bad girls. That’s a cute dress she has on there.

I seem to remember there was a thing about how Lindsay really wanted to be SOMEONE’s model, and get a fashion deal, and did not really care who it was. That was a couple years ago tho … it would be sad for her if she lost this as a result of the rehab. They will sign her when she is all wild and immature but drop her when she grows up enough to admit she needs help?

I think people will realize she’s only human and give her a second chance…come on, she’s still young.
