Samantha Ronson returned from her gig in Australia to find her lovely Lohan waiting for her! Celebrity Splash caught up with the twosome outside of their hotel in SoHo, where the cameras actually caught them in a little smooch! That picture, naturally, has sense spread all over the internets. God bless the internets!

Yesterday saw Lindsay on the set again filming Ugly Betty, where she spent time with Samantha on the sidelines between takes. Lindsay is practically glowing, and it’s clear she loves the Ugly Betty crew, as well as having Ronson at her side.

She’s been busy, this weekend too, turning down a playboy shoot, saying she won’t go the magazine rout again, especially if there is nudity involved.

According to the Page Six article, she turned down a $700k offer to do an 8-page topless spread in the upcoming PLayboy 55th anniversary issue in January. Hal Lifson had hoped that she’d do another shoot similar to her naked Marilyn Monro tribute last winter, but this time tribute Ann-Margret in Kitten with a Whip, reportedly a favorite movie of Lindsay’s. Not enough dough, or a sudden attack of shyness, who can tell?

Papa Lohan hasn’t bothered to shut up yet either - and we are not at all surprised - as he suddenly decided to do damage control and speak highly of his ex and daughters. He decided to - publicly, of course - declare a truce and reunite with his children at the funeral for his father, even though they didn’t attend the lake. He even went so far as to say of Dina “I can’t believe how great Dina has been, she has been wonderful. She has been the woman I married. She has been great.” He also made sure to give details of the funeral, where his father’s ashes will be spinkled in Cold Spring Harbor (all the easier for paparazzi to find you, my dear) and that he loves his daughter, all his kids, and no one will change that.

How about doing it a little less publicly, there, dad? And Lindsay and Sam - a little MORE PDA would be a-ok by us!
