Lindsay buys Marilyn Monroe’s home

Lindsay Lohan has a new home waiting for her when her stint in rehab is over. She has bought movie legend Marilyn Monroe’s two-bedroom Los Angeles apartment. According to the Post Chronicle, a neighbor at the apartment building is reported as commenting, “We were all amazed to see Lindsay moving in.? Perhaps they would never have expected the 20-year-old Hollywood wild child to move into the neighbourhood, or they are just really chuffed to have another celebrity in their midst? Either way, Lindsay is quite chuffed to be moving into the legend’s home. But her motives for purchasing the home go deeper than just wanting a place to live. Lindsay is a fan of the actress and has previously admitted that she tries to be like Marilyn as much as possible. “I wanted to do what Marilyn Monroe did when she went and just set up a stage and did a concert for the troops all by herself,? Lindsay says. “It’s so amazing seeing that one woman just going somewhere, this beautiful sex kitten, who’s basically a pinup, which is what I’ve always aspired to be.?
Hmm, I don’t know if I could picture La Lohan as the next Marilyn Monroe. It seems like a bit of a long-shot to me. But still, it must be cool to have her apartment.

    Lindsay is currently living with Samantha Ronson - so I don’t believe she moved in here. That was before I took over LindsayLohanWatch though..
