Lindsay Heads To NYC
Just as rumors start to surface that she’s buying property in Hollywood, Lindsay hops on a plane (sans Riley it would appear) and heads to New York. Will she appear on her mom’s reality show? Will she be looking for a place to live in NYC like Riley once not so subtly hinted they’d be doing? It’s all so juicy, and I’m trying really hard to resist spreading rumors, but I can’t help but point a few things out.
Since getting back to LA to film her movie, we saw her head to a dance studio a handful of times, but there’ve been no reports of her actually on a movie set. Instead, we’ve seen her shoppinig all over town, overexposing herself just as much as she did pre-Utah.
Riley has been noticably absent from her world these last two weeks, after being by her side ad nauseum for over a month. Do you think it was his nasty Myspace comments about Dina that got him the boot, or do you think he’s just in some sort of celebrity boyfriend time out?
Now that she’s been seen out twice with Samantha Ronson (her rumored ex-lover), although both times have been for a nice lunch rather than party night out. But she’s made her way out to the scene at least once (so we’ve heard) and now that she’s headed to New York it will be harder for her to avoid (with her party-animal mom by her side).
With all these factors stacked up against her, I think it’s just a matter of time before she’s back to all night clubbing and public drunkeness. Which I hate to say, because I truly do want to see her succeed.
